Use of this service does not establish an attorney-client relationship. All drafts should be audited by certified legal professionals.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clauseley AI application, APIs, or website (collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. Usage Licenses & Restrictive Policies

Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant users a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the legal copilot interface.

Prohibited Scopes: You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically bypass access controllers to train independent language models or compile competing databases.
Account Safety: You must maintain absolute safety of credential keys, SSO certificates, and account inputs.

3. Accuracy & Verification

You acknowledge that large language models are prone to hallucinating citations or misinterpreting semantic logic in specific complex contracts. You assume full risk and responsibility to review, audit, and verify all contract exports and AI recommendations before execution or submission to client groups.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with your use of Clauseley AI, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Ireland**. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
