1. Scope of Privacy
Clauseley AI ("we", "us", or "our") values the sensitivity of legal records and documents. This policy describes how we collect, handle, and store user accounts and legal document text uploaded via the Clauseley AI application, and applies to all law firms, corporate counsel, and general users.
2. Processing of Legal Documents
All legal drafts, redlines, contracts, or compliance spreadsheets analyzed by Clauseley AI are treated as highly confidential.
- Stateless Processing: Document analysis is performed in memory. We do not permanently cache or store document content unless you explicitly click "Save Draft" or sync it with your document library.
- Zero Data Retention (ZDR): We route model inference through enterprise API agreements that strictly enforce zero logs retention, ensuring no client text is parsed, audited, or saved by external companies.
3. Storage & Infrastructure
Clauseley AI is hosted exclusively in secure, regional cloud environments. Our server clusters strictly enforce compliance protocols:
- SSO/Multi-Factor Authentication requirement for administrative users.
- Automatic compartmentalized isolation between customer silos.
- Regular third-party vulnerability scans and automated code dependency audits.
4. Irish and GDPR Data Protection
